The Eureka Reporter - Heather Muller , 7/26/2006

Beverley Wolfe has a passion for animals, and a dog, five cats — and even a lizard named Elizabeth — to go with it. That’s why Wolfe, owner of Avalon Restaurant in Old Town, is raising money to help Eureka’s four-legged victims of fires. The restaurateur is raising money to buy seven sets of dog and cat oxygen masks that will be donated to the Eureka Fire Department.
